Welcome to the Ocoee High School Digital Resources Parent Portal! Here you can learn more about the digital resources provided throughout Orange County Public Schools.

Note: OCPS is a Single-Sign-On District. This means access to instructional resources is managed through our Student Information System, Skyward. Parent information is not shared between OCPS and vendors to create parent accounts. Parents can view the content of any resource shared through a student's LaunchPad login.

FIRST TIME USERS

Skyward The Family Access Portal is created and maintained for families to view students' educational progress. The portal provides demographic information, schedule, assignments, calendar events, grades, attendance, discipline, test scores, activities, and graduation requirements. Families will be able to view student details and monitor progress.

LaunchPad

LaunchPad is the district's digital dashboard. Students and teachers use LaunchPad to access all other applications. This is where students will start their day. Click on the icon to the left to learn more about LaunchPad.

Canvas Canvas is the district's learning management system. A learning management system contains lessons, assignments, discussions, and other resources assigned by a teacher to students. Click on the icon to the left to learn more about Canvas.

GSuite Education G Suite Education is the district's production platform. Teachers and students can create documents, spreadsheets, slideshows, and other files. Click on the icon to the left to learn more about G Suite Education.
Web Conferencing Web conferencing allows students and teachers to securely share their audio and video in an online environment. Click on the icon to the left to learn more about the web conferencing tools.
