When and where do I get help for technology issues at school?
The iKnights are available to assist every period as long as the student first obtains a pass from their current period teacher. The iKnights will assist with slow running computers, login issues, program issues, etc..
A fine will automatically be placed on any laptop that has to be sent in for repair.

Where can I reset my password?
There is a computer available in the Media Center for Password resets.

What if my laptop charger is lost/broken?
Stop by the Media Center anytime. There is a $10.00 obligation for the first incident. The obligation amount escalates with every incident.
