Where do I go for computer help at school?
The Media Center is open from 7AM-3PM. Broken computers (screens, keyboards, track pads) can be switched out anytime providing there is a replacement available.

When do I get help for technology issues at school?
The iKnights are available to assist 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th and 7th periods. The iKnights will assist with slow running computers, login issues, program issues, etc..
However, if you have an issue with a loud fan or a date and time issue, 2nd period is the only time we can assist.

Where can I reset my password?
There is a computer available in the Media Center for Password resets.

What if my laptop charger is lost/broken?
Stop by the Media Center anytime. There is a $10.00 obligation for the first incident. The obligation amount escalates with every incident.
