Transcripts

 

Official transcripts can be requested through the Registration Office between the hours of 7:00 am – 2:00 pm for a $2.00 fee. 

Cash payments are accepted only for requests made in person; we cannot accept transcript request via telephone.
 If you would like to pay for your transcript by credit or debit card, please click here to go to the School Pay website. We cannot accept bills over $10.00 for cash payments.


Transcripts can also be requested via email:

  • Pay for the transcript using School Pay.

  • Complete the correct transcript form:

  • If you are currently an OHS student, complete this form.

  • If you have already graduated from OHS, complete this form.

  • Email the correct completed transcript form and School Pay receipt to Marisol Walker (marisol.walker@ocps.net).

Transcript requests will be processed within 72 hours of receipt.

 

If you need to request something be changed/added on your transcript, please use the Transcript Verification/Change Request Form. Please complete the form and return it to your counselor.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Class rank is calculated two times per year (September and February).
